Gazmir Daci asks protection for his family after murder attempt

After being shot from outside the Vaqarr prison in a murder attempt,
prisoner Gazmir Daci is being kept under special surveillance by the
police.
Two suspects were taken under custody, while Daci asks government protection for his family. Daci says that after three murder attempts against his life, the government has not issued any protection order.
“I appealed the government once and I will do it again, because I cannot protect my family anymore”, he said in an interview for Top Channel.

Gazmir Daci: If you kill, you get killed.
Daci is under attending trial for the murder of Valmir Kovaleri in Kamez, 2015, and wounding his brother. The Prosecution suspects that their other brother, Ergys Kovaleri, was planning to kill Daci from outside the prison walls, with s sniper. But he missed and injured Lili Dulaj.
