A fire exchange in a Vlore cafe ended with a tragic balance. Three people were killed and a third one might is injured.
The police arrested one of the people involved.
Preliminary information say that the groups had a a dispute and then pulled out their guns. Two died on the spot, one third on the road to hospital.
Police is investigating and interrogating the witnesses.
