FYROM media: “Jankullovska will resign”

FYROM media write that Prime Minister Gruevski has proposed cabinet changes.

Among the propositions presented in Parliament is the name of the
Interior Minister, Gordana Jankullovska. There is no formal information
about this, but the local media speak about other changes.

If officialized, Jankullovska’s resignation comes after the police operation in Kumanova, where 22 people died, 8 police officers and 14 members of an armed group that Skopje has considered as terrorists.

The operation started this Saturday morning in the Albanian neighborhood of Kumanova, which lasted several hours and left behind dozens of victims and a war-like scenery.

The Minister of Transportation, Mile Janakievski will also be replaced. Voices say Mitko Cavkov has been proposed as Minister of Interior, the current Public Safety Director, while Vlado Misajllovski will be Minister of Transportation.

Macedonian media say the propositions will be discussed this Wednesday in Parliament.
