The trial against the former MP, mark Frroku, is still being delayed for
procedural reasons some times requested by the defense, some times by
the Prosecution.
After one month and a half, and after six sessions at the Court of Tirana, the Court’s request has not been read yet, which means that the process is not officially open.
Even the last session of this Tuesday was postponed by request of the Prosecution, which had to review the trial request.
