“Frroku” case, defense: “Deadline for Court has expired”

The lawyer of MP Mark Frroku appeals the Supreme Court to interrupt the
works and review the request for freeing his client, Saimir Visha, since
the deadline for reviewing this request is over, and, according to him,
Frroku should be released.
“The Supreme Court must must gather a judge panel while they are on vacation. The situation favors the defendant. When the deadline is not respected for an MP, imagine for common citizens”, Visha declared.
The defense has imposed a 10.000 EUR guarantee, while the Supreme Court is asked to give the consent for Frroku to follow the trial in Belgiu,
