The Court was supposed to decide on March 2nd, but it was postponed to April 6th. Haradinaj is still in France, on probation.

Haradinaj said for Radio Free Europe that the Serbian arrest-orders of the war time are not valid anymore. Many states don’t recognize them, such as Germany, Great Britan and others. The action of France was influenced by political decisions of Serb leaders.

Haradinaj reminds that the President, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Serbia have all been part of Miloshevic’s structures, yet none of the was brought to any court, local or international. While Haradinaj, who was acquitted by the International Court of Hague, is being held by the French authorities.
