Albania recorded a historic tie in Copenhagen against Denmark, a result that guarantees Albania’s “play-off” for Euro 2016.
De Biasi’s team managed to remain the only one not suffering any loss so far in Group I. The Danish tried several times to attack but all dangers were thwarted thanks to the solid defense. Albania tried several counter attacks that put the Danish goal keeper in difficulties.
The Danish became more aggressive during the second half, but goal keeper Berisha was determined to not let any ball go past him.
Albania’s next match is in “Elbasan Arena”, against Portugal. Chances for the second spot in the group are still open and hopes remain high.
