The Shkoder Police has arrested for people involved in the clashes
against the Anti-Smuggling Agents yesterday at the area known as “Tregu
Rus”.
Arjan Halili, 30, Marjan Palalej, 35, Denis Zefi, 24, and Astrit Mucaj, 39, all citizens of Shkoder, were taken under police custody for resisting to a public official.
They were arrested after the Shkoder customs started an operation against smuggled goods. These citizens gathered and hit the officer who was exerting his duty and seizing tobacco that was not registered.
