The Supreme Court has left MP Armando Prenga in prison, after he was
caught being involved in a brawl and shooting. Prenga is accused of
illegal arm possession, severe intentional wounding  and threats.

Prenga’s lawyer said that his client should have been tried in a free state. The Court also left in prison Gjergj Cali, who was also involved in shooting with the former Socialist MP.

Recent information suggest that the court has given the arrest measure for Cali, who is accused of illegal arm possession and wounding.

Cali has admitted that he had communicated with the Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri. The Court has left in prison also Gazmir Jushi, who is still wounded in hospital.
