Former Minister sentenced to 1.8 years in prison over power abuse

The Court of Tirana sentenced the former Minister of Labor, Spiro Ksera, with 1.8 years of prison.

The former Minister of the government led by the Democratic Party was found guilty for power abuse.

His collaborators, Artevis Mene and Elisabeta Dodbiba, were sentenced to 10 months in prison. Citizen Alda Kozaj had the same service converted into probation.

Court will also revoke these former officials the right to work in the public administration for at least five years.
