Specialists against Economic and Financial Crime at the Durres Police
have started the trial against Shkelzen Hoxha, 39, former Mayor of
Kruja, together with Indrit Fida and Xhuma Rroshi, former employees.
The investigations started after verifications showed that the technical criteria had not been implemented for the construction of a work from the Interior Ministry.
The building was unfinished while the money had passed to the firm.
