The Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes removed the house arrest measure for the former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri.
Tahiri’s lawyer commented on the declaration of the US Ambassador as well, who said there was pressure done to the case’s judge.
“I am more interested on the part of the US Ambassador’s message in which he said that the court should act based on the law and evidence”, Haxhia said.
