The Supreme State Audit has made a criminal report at the Prosecution
against the former administrator of CEZ, Arben Seferi, and two other
former directors of this company, accused of power abuse.

According to the material referred by the SSA, Seferi and two other directors of the sales departmen have caused an economic damage of 32 million EUR, and missing revenues of 5 million EUR.

The SSA says that the damage was caused after the purchase of emergency electric materials for social needs, in 2014, which have been paid with a price 50% and 70% higher than the value of the agreement.

Another violation, according to the SSA, is the failure to implement the regulation for purchasing electricity, and purchasing it with a higher price than the market, and for reducing artificially the technical losses by overcharging consumers.
