The Foreign Ministry of Macedonia reacted to the declaration of the
Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, who said there can be no European
integration for Macedonia without respecting the rights of the Albanian
population.
“Inter-ethnic co-existence and the respecting of different cultures and religions is the basis of our society. We are all together for the European future”, says the communication.
“Every blockage or threat to the EU or NATO is not in line with the European values and does not contribute in the peace and stability of the region”, the communication adds.
