The NATO member countries will meet in Brussels for the next summit. As
part of this summit, a ministerial meeting is held in Brussels, also
attended by the Albanian Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati.
Minister Bushati said that the positive talks at the NATO ministerial before the May summit reconfirm the significance of the Alliance.
“We agreed to have a reinforced commitment of NATO in the fight against terror, and to increase the Defense budgets. We also agreed for an increased attention of NATO in Balkan, where the role of third parties deteriorates the security situation”, the Albanian diplomat said.
