Flux of Kosovo visitors increases in Kukes

After Ramdan ended, the number of Kosovo visitors in Albania increased,
mainly those coming from Kukes to the Albanian coastline.
According to border post specialists, the flux of incoming movements has doubled compared to a few days ago.
They say that they are trying to manage the entire work with five or six toll gates, so that the documentation can be checked faster. However, there have been cases of queues.
The Kukes Border Director, Xhafer Elezi, declared for Top Channel that besides the flux, there is a special attention on the possible smuggling of goods in the six border checkpoints of Kukes.
