Tirana celebrated Albania’s 105th anniversary of independence today, and the Monument of Independence was surrounded by wreaths of flowers.
Present were Vice Mayor of Tirana, Andi Seferi, the Prefect of Tirana, Suzana Jahollari; the Chairman of the Municipal Council, Aldrin Dalipi; and members f the Tirana Municipal Council; representatives of religious communities and Tirana citizens.
The capital was decorated with national symbol and Mayor Veliaj congratulated Albanians since the first hours of the day, inviting them to join the activities organized by the municipality.
