The Kosovo Police arrested five persons suspected of ISIS members,
accused of planning terrorist attacks in the suburbs of Prishtina, where
most of the neighborhoods of the Kosovo capital get their water supply.
Police Spokesperson Baki Kelani said the police has ordered the aqueducts to interrupt water supply from the Badovic lake and ordered inspections, due to the fear of a possible poisoning.
All the suspects are Kosovo citizens, two arrested before by the police for being part of the war in Syria. Kelani said the suspects had several evidence to prove their connection with ISIS.
The Kosovo police has increased the alert level and all police officers are ordered to keep their bullet vests on due to communication intercepted between the ISIS members with Kosovo citizens.
Kelani said there is no room for panic, since the Kosovo police has taken all measures to guard the public order.
