The first official visit of a Serbian Prime Minister in Albania will be
on May 27th, when Alexandar Vucic will come to Tirana for the summit of
Prime Ministers at the Cooperation Oragnization of Southeastern European
Countries.
A diplomatic source close to these preparations said for Top Channel that this visit is entirely built on the reciprocity principles.
Prime Minister Vucic will be received with an official ceremony with the anthems of both countries, at the palace of brigades. Same as Prime Minister Rama was received at the Serbia Palace of Serbia. The Albanian Protocol has offered to the Serbian Prime Minister the list of all institution leaders who might meet Prime Minister Vucic.
In this list there are meetings with President Bujar Nishani, Parliament Speaker Ilir Meta, and the Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha.
Itwill be interesting to see if the Albanian President will stand to the reciprocity relation, since the Serbian President refused to meet with the Albanian Prime Minister.
It remains unclear if the Greek Prime Minister will be part of this summit. Top Channel has learned that for the moment has been confirmed only the presence of Greece, but it is unclear if it will be with the Foreign Minister or any other Minister.
