Fires destroy 10 hectares of fires in Korce

More than 10 hectares of pine forests have been destroyed by fires in Selenica and Shemtira, Korce.

The fires have continued for more than 24 hours and the difficult terrain has made it impossible for any kind of intervention.

The Korca firefighters have requested air support to keep the fires under control.
