Film about Italian president may be shot in Albania, due to location similarity

Amedeo Gagliardi, an Italian film director, famous for the “Mamma non vuole” movie, which focused on the fewer rights that fathers have to keep their children after divorce, is currently visiting Albania for another project.
Gagliardi says many sites in Albanian towns today are similar to what Italian towns looked like some years ago, when Sandro Pretini used to be President of Italy, and he is planning to realize a biography about him.
The Italian director says he is open to any collaboration in Albania, while he notes that the locations of towns and beaches offer wonderful possibilities here in Albania.
