Channel’s investigative program, “Fiks Fare”, proved the chain of people
who make this possible in exchange for twice of the regular price.
Fiks Fare’s journalist showed his interest for a driving license at the “A&B” Driving School in Shkoder. The footage recorded by a hidden camera showed the owner saying that after the payment, all he had to do was be present at the test offices, and he would receive the license even if hes exam paper would be left empty.
This is just part of the scandal that will be treated by Fiks Fare in the days to come.
