Fiks Fare solves the problem of citizen who for 3 years could not withdraw his pension

The citizen had to withdraw the outstanding amount of 220,000 ALL, but after many efforts at the Lezhë post office in the northwest of Albania, in September 2021, he withdrew only a part of the outstanding amount up to 57,000 ALL as they communicated to him that he has no more money to withdraw.

Regarding the pension problem of the late Prendë Ndoja, Fiks Fare requested information from the Social Insurance Institute (ISSH).

ISSH in its response clarifies that the sum of 173,844 ALL has been disbursed by them since September 19, 2021 and that this amount had to be withdrawn from the heirs of the deceased at that time at the relevant post office in Lezha.

Ndoja withdraws only 43,461 thousand lek even though he informs the cashier that he has to have 173,844 ALL. The cashier tells him that the amount he withdrew is the only one the system shows her.

Fiks Fare alopng with the citizen, goes to the Lezha post office where they asks to know why the citizen was given only a part of the money and not the full amount due to him. But again the cashier says that there is not else in the system and they informed him that they should make a written request which they will attach to the citizen’s complaint.

After Fiks Fare’s insistence, it became possible to clarify the matter with the last cashier, who blames the ISSH and adds: “After your interest on March 20 at the ISSI, I entered the system and saw that a certain amount was deposited, the rest was deposited later.”

She explains that she does not know how it all happened, or where the money and the problem were, but the important thing is that they have already passed.

So the citizen turns to the cash register again to withdraw the money with a special power of attorney document and manages to withdraw the correct amount shown in the system.
