Fiks Fare reveals scheme of teacher for buying high school diplomas for 3,000 euros, without doing a single day of class

Fiks Fare program on Top Channel revealed today another scandal related to the sale of matriculation school certificates, which could be obtained against payment, without attending a single day of class.

Adrian Cani, a physical education teacher at the 9-year-old school “Adem Bedalli” in Peqin in central Albania, bargains for the sale of high school diplomas for 3,000 euros.

Cani is simultaneously an external lecturer at a private university, but also vice president of the Democratic Party in Peqin.

But how was the scheme discovered by the show Fiks Fare? Immediately after the information arrived at the editorial office of the show, an associate of Fiks Fare went to the teacher Cani, who without any shyness in bargaining promised the undecover journalist a certificate of high school against the amount of 3 thousand euros. Money must be given in advance.

He also suggests that it would be good if the interested personswere over 38 years old, that is, persons who in the years 2005-2006 were of high school graduation age. This is because the following years all the data were entered into the computer system, while the previous years were still in handwritten registers. This allows them to add names to these registers.

But in addition to that of the teacher, Adrian Cani also holds a party position, so he does not forget to mention political names. Fiks Fare journalists, after learning the teaching schedule of teacher Cani at the school, called on  him and went to the school. But in the phone call with journalists, the teacher preferred not to give any explanation about the sale of the high school diploma, he only used insulting words for the Fiks’s associate who then recorded the call.
