“Fiks Fare” publishes conversation of paedophile director of orphan association

Top Channel’s investigative program, Fiks Fare, published the audio and
Facebook conversation between the Director of the “Orphan Focus”
association and young orphan boys he lured to sex in exchange of money
and the orphan status.
After making sure that the boy he just knew is orphan and needs shelter, food and education, Maksim Lico advances with his requests.
The orphan repeats the requests, and Lico advances with his sexual demands and promises. He is careful and asks the boy to delete the conversations on Facebook.
He insists to meet the boy and has called him in late hours. Lico promises him money in exchange of sex.
He tells the 16-year-old boy about the funds he receives, and promises him 10.000 ALL for sex.
The Director of the association tells the orphan that it is not the first time he does this with boys of his age. He even tells about a story with a 14-year-old.
After long talks on Facebook, Lico insists to meet him and even checks and likes the photos of his Facebook friends.
He approaches to one of the boys and offers him a threesome in exchange for money.
The Director of the association tells him about the funds and keeps promising payments. Every conversation has been recorded by Top Channel’s investigative program “Fiks Fare”.
