A 48-year-old from Dibra, Dation Zeqja, also known Faik Zeqja, was taken
under police custody on October 5th, caught illegally transporting
lumber.
After the case went to the Prosecution, Zeqja asked the return of his vehicle, which had regualr documentation. For this reason he contacted with Prosecutor Tom Deda, but his car had not been released for more than 19 days. For this reason, the citizen gave him 20.000 ALL and filmed everything on camera.
The next day, the Prosecutor learns about the registration, and citizen Zeqja writes a written declaration in which he states that he has not given any money to the Prosecutor. He even films a declaration, in which someone dictates him the words, and that whatever the media will publish are all lies.
Top Channel has evidence that the citizen was the first one to contact “Fiks Fare”, the investigative show, for his problem. The citizen then received the recording appliance from Top Channel and recorded the bribe on his own free will.
