“Fiks Fare”, government showers Dibra with investments before elections

Before the elections in Dibra, the government has accorded many
investments for the city, which have also been used as promises by their
candidate, Muharrem Rama, in this campaign.
Top Channel’s investigative program, “Fiks Fare”, inquired the way how these tender have been held.
The Dibra Municipality, (led by vice Mayor Et’hem Fida, after Mayor Shukri Xhelili was suspended over a sex video scandal), has realized more than 30 bids varying from 8 million ALL to 1.7 billion ALL.
From July to August, the acting Mayor has signed all these procurements many of which have been used as electoral promises by the running candidate, Muharrem Rama.
For example, M.Rama promised roads and running water in Arras. Documents at the Public Procurement Agency show that the municipality has already finalized the procurement.
