“Fiks-Fare”: Affairs at the Supreme Court

Top Channel’s investigative program, “Fiks Fare”, showed another case of judiciary corruption.

The images showed how the structure of middle men and lawyers who talk on behalf of judges and prosecutors to take money from citizens.

Fiks Fare’s cameras brought facts about the trial of another person who was arrested in Fushe-Arrez. Lawyers and middle men asked money on behalf of Supreme Court judges.

The first part of the video that was shown this Thursday, has the names of lawyers and middle men who ask money on behalf of Supreme Court judges.

“The Head of the Judge Panel wants 2000 EUR, while others 1000 each. 6000 EUR in total, or they will do nothing. They are ready to free him”, one of the middle men says on camera.

On the third day of judiciary corruption reports, Fiks Fare was able to confirm with audio and video that the money was paid, who are the middle men and where they promised to send the money.

On the first two days, our cameras unmasked the corruption that was functional in Puka justice institutions.

Now it is up to the Prosecution General to uncover all affairs reported on Top Channel.
