Emigration and the high cost of planting have left many fertile lands uncultivated during November, which is the perfect month for planting new crops.

In some other areas, farmers face problems with the irrigation and low government subsidies.

The farmers are using the land for pasture instead. According to experts, this has caused direct damage to agrotourism.
