The Vlore Prosecution has seized 20.000 square meters of land in Porto
Palermo, Himara. The land has been taken by Vasil Rrapo through
falsified documents.
The police is investigating after the report filed by several people who own the original property titles. The property is currently registered under the name of Rrapo, in the Vlore Registrar’s Office.
Based on law 7501, Rrapo has received 9582 square meters in Vlore, but the area taken mounts up to 29.582 square meters. The Prosecution has verified the documents and found out a falsification of the property title. The Vlore Prosecution asked the Court to seize the 20.000 square meters.
