Fake home-made bombs in Durres and Tirana

The Durres police received a notification for a suspicious object that looked like a bomb.
The police has immediately surrounded the area close to a school, which
was evacuated immediately. Bomb experts rushed at the scene.
They continued for two hours to see if it had explosives. The procedure was over at 09:20.
The package was built to look like a bomb and cause panic. It also had an old “Nokia” cell phone on top with two wires emerging from it.
The police is investigating to find out who has tried to cause panic with this bomb imitation. They have seized footage from several cameras.
A similar thing happened to Tirana yesterday. A similar package caused panic at the Prosecution of Serious crimes, and then a briefcase wa also found near the Public Television’s Offices.
All alarms in Tirana and Durres had the same method of organization. The purpose of the authors seems the same, that of causing more panic and psychological terror.
