Facts for vote manipulation in Parliament

The Red and Black Alliance published other evidence proving that the
Parliament vote of 7 July 2011 for the Census was manipulated.

The first document presented by the RBA, which shows once again that this is a Parliamentary scandal, is the presence list of the participating MPs on that day.

The Albanian Parliament has officially announced that there were 71 MPs who voted electronically, together with Lefter Maliqi and the late MP Gezim Dibra.

The Alliance says that this list of the present MPs and the list of the voting MPs, which has been secured by the Parliament, is completely manipulated, because the two MPs were abroad, one in Italy and one in Turkey, which can be proved by the plane tickets.

The Alliance has also confidentially discovered from the TIMS system, which registers all travels across the border, that the late MP Gezim Dibra left Albania on 19 June 2011, with the Allitalia Airline.

The other MP, Lefter Maliqi had traveled with a charter and the TIMS system says that he has left Albania on 1 July 2011 and has returned on 12 July 2011, 5 days later than the date when the Parliament has voted, and his vote has been taken as in favor of the law.

The photos published by the Red and Black Alliance also show that the vote of the two MPs has been misused by their colleagues, violating the constitutional principle that the “MPs vote cannot be delegated”.

In front of these facts, the Red and Black Alliance underlined that the last evidence, that of the presence list, proves that this has been well organized and not casual.
