Explosive seized in Lezhe

The Directory of the Lezhe Police announced the seizing of a large
quantity of explosives and detonators in the residence of a person.

He was arrested and according to the police, citizen Ndrec Mandrea was found with five kilograms of explosive and 12 detonators.

He is accused for illegal possession of explosives, while his relatives say that he had the explosive components for breaking large stones.
