Explosive damages Kacinari water reservoir

An explosive charge blew up last night at the water reservoir in Kacina
commune, Mirdita. This brought great damages by leaving seven villages
without water.

The police has not arrested anyone yet about this attack.

The Head of the Kacinar commune, Petrit Bardhi, declared for the media that this explosion shows that the criminality remains a dangerous phenomenon. He asked more efforts to be given by the police and prosecution in finding the authors.
