The vehicle of the Benca prison Director, in Tepelena, has been attacked by explosive.
Official sources say that the attack took place at 23:19, in Tepelena.
Police suspects that someone has thrown an explosive onto the vehicle from outside the garage wall.
Fortunately there have been no victims.
