In the late hours of this morning Klevis Kapllani, 33, was executed in Sinaballaj, Rrogozhina.
According to the police, the young man was found killed around 06:00, in the village of Sinaballaj, Rrogozhina, in his car.
Meanwhile, sources for Top Channel, suggest that the 33-year-old had returned two years ago from Italy where he was reportedly convicted for narcotics trafficking.
The police announces that a special investigative group has been set up immediately and under the direction of the Prosecution, work continues to fix any material evidence that would lead to the clarification of the event, identification and capture of the perpetrators.
