Eurostat, Albania, second lowest per capita income in the region

According to Eurostat, Albania is the second poorest country in Europe,
based on per capita income, which is only 30% of the EU average.
Only Bosnia had a lower level, with 28% of the EU average. In all other countries it is higher.
However, this is not the only concern. The economic crisis has stopped the improvement of this indicator.
Eurostat says that if pre capita revenues in Albania increased with 10% from 2004 to 2010, after 2016 they were frozen at the same level of 1%.
