High-level representatives of the European Commission met in Tirana with
the Minister of Integration, Klajda Gjosha, and several civil society
members, for the Fund Monitoring Committee meeting of the Pre-Accession
Assistance (IPA).
Minister Gjosha mentioned the support given by the European Commission to the Justice Reform, especially to the Vetting Law.
“EU will grant 19.1 million EUR, and 10 million are only for the Vetting Law”, Gjosha declared.
She added that this is the first time that Albania has no problematic project, different from one year ago, when seven projects were not completed yet.
The European Commission representatives praised the progress achieved by Albania, which brings an implementation of the IPA projects.
