EU reacts about the police operation in Northern Kosovo

The Spokesperson for the EU Foreign Policy, Maja KOcijancic, said that the Police operation in Mitrovica was targeting suspects in this area, and it should be done legally.

She said that they are keeping contacts with the leadership in Prishtina and Belgrade.

She reminded that the rule of law, including the presumption of innocence, is objectives that the EU supports very firmly.
