The European Union will offer 93 million EUR for the Albanian agriculture.
This money will go for projects in rural areas.
The expectancies are that this program should give an important encouragement to agriculture and rural development in Albania.
After the audit realized by the European Commission for the implementation structures and capacities of the program, the funds will receive green light during the first half of the next year.
The Minsiter of Agriculture, Niko Peleshi, discussed the details of this help with commissioners as regards fishing, health, and food security matters.
During these meetings, they discussed the EU support in improving the food security legislation and increasing the fishing quota for Albania.
