The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reacted against the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, who fired the Interior Minister and the Director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, after they detained and deported six Turkish citizens wanted by Erdogan, without informing the Prime Minister.
Erdogan considered Haradinaj responsible for their firing and appeals Kosovo citizens to hold him accountable.
“The Prime Minister of Kosovo fired the Director of Intelligence and the Interior Minister. My question to the Prime Minister of Kosovo is: under whose instructions did undertake such actions? Since when have you started to support those who attempted a coup against the Republic of Turkey?”, Erdogan declared in a meeting with his party.
“How can you feed these people who have carried out a coup against Turkey, which welcomes Kosovo as a brother country? You will answer for this. My Kosovo brothers will not give credibility to a Prime Minister like you. My Kosovo brothers, the Kosovo citizens who I know, will hold you accountable for this. I know this”, Erdogan declared.
