The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has started procedures for an unilateral termination of the Osum hydropower plants.
The decision came after the Ministry of Environment announced that they had revoked the environmental permit for the hydropower plants at the Osum Canyons.
The decision was taken after a report made by Top Channel, showing that the project would destroy the canyons and its amazing waterfalls.
