The Energy Distribution System (OSHEE) says bad weather had damaged 50 transformers throughout the country.
OSHEE say after seven hours they been able to fix 80% of the problems, with only six left to repair.
Power is now back in some rural areas of Tirana; in Otllak, Berat; Zagoria, Gjirokaster; Gjergjan and Tregan, Elbasan; Ferme and Ngjeqar, Fier; and also in Kucova, Koman, Dajc Dobrac, Kacinar, Rrape and Puka.
There were other problems in Kukes and Burrel, where most of them were repaired.
OSHEE says their groups are working on terrain to repair other damages, while institutions and water pumps in areas risked by flood have been supplied regularly, without outages.
