Hundreds of thousands of unemployed citizens will have one chance more
to find a job. The Prime Minister, Edi Rama, and the Minister of Social
Welfare, Erion Veliaj, were present in the opening of the first modern
Employment Office, where private businesses and unemployed people might
cooperate.
Prime Minister Rama considered employment as one of the most important objectives of the government, and underlined that the Employment Service Office is the first occasion of a new quality in the relations between the government and the citizens.
“This office warns another warm season in the relations between the state and the citizens, and also our approach towards the citizens as regards the decency that citizens deserve when they knock on the state’s door. This marks a new page in the job seeking service, which will not be only for finding a job in the public administration, but also in the private one”. Rama declared.
