Electricity delay interest pardoned for welfare families

The government approved a scheme for those who have electricity debts.
PM Rama said that 25.051 families that receive social welfare and have
respected the agreement with the Energy Distribution Company, will
benefit from this law and instead of the monthly 1000 ALL installment of
the delay interest, they will have make a one-time payment of just 10
ALL.
The condition for this chance is an update of the contract data. January 31st 2016 is the final deadline. Until June 30th, all other consumers will have the chance to follow the example of these people.
7000 other families that receive welfare but have no agreement, will have the chance to sign a new agreement with a monthly installment of 1200 ALL. They will also have their interest delay removed with just a one-time payment of 20 ALL, according to Rama.
4097 businesses will also profit and have their interest delay payment liquidated with just 100 ALL. PM Rama said other measures will be used for other categories.
