Albanian Ilir Meta asked the political parties to abide by the newly agreed Electoral Reform.
“I do not want to prejudge, but I wish the parties abide by the agreement, which in turn may leave much to be desired in content, but we know that we are in a critical situation, one of deep mistrust of the legitimacy of the Assembly”, said Meta.
“But these are the concerns of the partners who have made the greatest efforts to leave the door open for us, so if the door is closed it will be clear for the Albanians who is responsible. The next elections will be under strict international monitoring, verification in practice of how honest they are” Meta further stated.
