The electoral process in Kosovo, different from the ones in Albania, was regular, without incidents and with the ballot counting process ending within normal times. This thing doesn’t usually happen in Albania.
“Kosovo is a great example because they are also Albanians. They showed that they respect the electorate and the democratic institutions”, some citizens say from Tirana.
“The electoral process in Albania is very tiresome. The ballot boxes cannot be counted, sleepless journalists following them, police officers accompanying everything. And in the end, when the result comes out, you have completely forgotten that you had voted a few months ago”, some others say.
“I followed the elections in Kosovo and I liked the fact that the politicians admitted their loss”, another citizen said.
