The appeals for reviewing the Electoral Process in Tirana might end up
at the Constitutional Court, as a more competent institution.
This is the suggestion brought by a former member of this court, Kujtim Puto.
He analyzed the miscast ballots issue, which were counted and included in the result that changed the name of the winner for Tirana Municipality.
