The voting process for local elections was held today all over Albania.
The process is continuing even at the voting centers where there are
electors that have not voted yet.
This Election Day has been busy, especially before noon. The numbers slightly fell around 14:00, while in the evening, the long queues appeared again and the voting process is still underway.
According to the journalists in terrain, there have been no incidents that can be considered as dangerous for the process. There have been incidents in the Municipal Unit no.6 in “Kombinat” area, Tirana.
According to the socialist deputy, Sajmir Tahiri, one person was caught with several empty ballot papers. In some voting centers, like in Sauk, the long queues have made people create chaos, damaging this way the vote privacy.
