Economic program of the Democratic Party

“Half of the old republic cabinet was brought down. There are seven technical Ministers whose task is to implement the amended criminal code, which will take behind bars everyone who dares touch the vote and will of Albanian citizens”, Basha said, from Mallakastra.

The Democratic Party leader explained how his economic program directly affects the citizens’ life: “The ‘Rama’ tax on fuel, which is 24 ALL per liter, will be eliminated within my first week as Prime Minister of the New Republic”, Basha said.

Besides 400 million EUR injected in the economy each year after the reduction of VAT, Basha said farmers will have another benefit: “100 million EUR a year of direct subventions for Albanian farmers, without mediators or business registrations”, Basha said.

Basha plans to cancel the health system concessions on day one, so that more money goes to doctors, for more beds, better equipments and medicaments.

Basha has attacked Rama and Meta at the same level, and appealed people to join the opposition despite their political convictions.

“I will be the Prime Minister of simple people, the Prime Minister of economy, employment and youth”, Basha said.
